Hibernia Masonry plans to start repairs to the brick walls at our entrance from Westmoreland Street on Monday April 22. It should take two days to complete.

Paving repairs Weds June 28
Brothers Paving will be doing patching and curb cut installation in Westmoreland Square on Wednesday. They anticipate finishing in one day. There may be minor parking impacts to the lower lot on Highboro Way. Daniel McCarthy will be coordinating with the paving crews.
Curb cuts installed on Hopewood Dr Monday – Wednesday
Brothers paving will be installing curb cuts between Monday and Wednesday, 6 - 8 June, with Thursday 9th as a backup day in case of rain. Please avoid parking on the odd side of Hopewood Drive, based on the attached map, while they are working.

Survey crew in floodplain
Fairfax County plans to send a survey crew into the floodplain sometime during the next three weeks to assess an outfall channel near the Nantucket development, on the other side of the creek. There is no cause for concern.
Outdoor Lighting Proposal Meeting June 28
On Monday, June 28th from 7:30-9:30pm, Outdoor Illumination will present their infill lighting design proposal to the Maintenance Committee and interested homeowners.
