I would like to thank Community Relations -- Kim Bradley, Pam Huffman, Veronica Cordero, Connie Hyde, and the main organizer Katie Brooks -- for a wonderful egg hunt last Saturday. We had a wonderful turnout, ideal weather, and an enthusiastic Easter Bunny.

Easter Egg Hunt April 16 4PM

4PM in Jesse's Park, with snacks and games. Please bring your own basket!

Dues credit, temporary Board nomination, picnic

At the July meeting, the Board voted to credit all homeowners with one quarters’ worth of dues.  If you have paid the June bill, you will not have to pay in September.  Homeowners who have not yet paid their June installments can take the credit now and paying the September bill as usual.

The Board is seeking nominations from homeowners and residents who would like to serve the remainder of Matt Loughran’s term, until the Annual Meeting in October.  No election is required.  This is an ideal opportunity to support our community and share your expertise with your neighbors.  If you are interested, please send a short email explaining why to Cat Follin at Sequoia, cfollin@sequoiamgmt.com, with a copy to Richard Shumann.

The Annual Picnic is back!  It will be Saturday, September 18, from 4 to 7 PM, in Jesse’s Park.  Tickets will cost $5 (children three and under are free) and include fried chicken, pork BBQ, black bean burgers, hot dogs, salads and dessert.  There will be a moon bounce for the kids.  Tickets are available from Penny Eastman.  The flyer will be on the website.

The August Board meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 19, at 7:30 PM, instead of Tuesday the 10th.  The Zoom link is on the website calendar and will be included in the August newsletter.
